We have 5 rooms for letting in the house and can sleep a total of 11 people. The whole house is available for wedding guests and family get-togethers.

All the rooms in the house are different and this is reflected in the tariff. Our prices range from £26 to £36 per person per night based on 2 people sharing a room. For single occupancy of a double the price range is from £30 to £45 per night.

ROOM 1- a double en-suite in a quiet location at the back of the house.

ROOM 2 - a standard double with one of the best river views in Inverness. The room has its own washbasin, mirror and shaving point.

Room 2 shares a large bathroom and separate toilet with Room 3 next door. These two rooms are ideal for groups of 3 or 4 traveling together

ROOM 3 - a standard double with a river view – we can let this room as a generous single. The room has its own washbasin, mirror and shaving point.

This room shares a large bathroom and separate toilet with Room 2 next door. These two rooms are ideal for groups of 3 or 4 traveling together

ROOM 4 - a double a quiet location at the back of the house. This room has private facilities. The shower and toilet are just outside the room but are for the exclusive use for the occupants of this room. There is a washbasin inside the bedroom.

ROOM 5 – a double/twin en-suite with a great river view overlooking the Cathedral. This room is the largest in the house and has a double and a single bed in it.

Green Tourist Award Each bedroom has a TV, a hospitality tray with Fairtrade goods, hairdryer and an information pack on the local area. We have been awarded a Silver Green Tourism Award for our environmentally friendly policies and these are reflected in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

All the bathroom and cleaning products are guaranteed to be environmentally safe and have not to have been tested on animals.

To reduce the use energy and detergents we operate a towel drying service but you can, of course, have fresh towels every day if you wish.
